These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kessa Wears website. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that damages, disables, or impairs the site, or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
Orders and shipping
Every piece is small-batch. Once a run sells through it is not restocked. Orders are shipped from our Yaba studio within three to five working days. Domestic shipping is available across Nigeria; international shipping is quoted per order.
Returns
Because each garment is finished by hand and cut in small runs, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects, reported within seven days of delivery. Contact studio@kessawears.com with a photograph and your order number.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by Kessa Wears or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
No warranties
This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kessa Wears is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Studio 4 · Yaba · Lagos.
